What happens if I miss a class?

Life happens, and sometimes missing a class is unavoidable—we completely understand.

We have allowed makeup classes in certain emergency situations. However, request for makeup classes have become more frequent for non-emergency absences. This is creating uneven batch sizes and will affect the student learning goals, and class structure for scheduled students. 

Here is how our makeup-class system works:

• Each student is eligible for one makeup class per month. 

• Parents must notify us before hand

• Please contact us to confirm an available day and time for the makeup class

• Direct walk-ins are not permitted 

• Makeup classes do not carry forward to the next month

• Once a makeup class is booked, it cannot be rescheduled

We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation. This policy allows us to operate our classes safely, fairly and consistently, while continuing to provide high-quality karate instruction

What if a Holiday falls on the day of my class?

The number of classes in each month depends on how the calendar falls. Some months have four weeks, while others have five. These shorter and longer months balance out over time to provide the average number of monthly classes included in the program.

Therefore, when a provincial, federal or dojo-observed holiday falls on a regular class day, the dojo will be closed. A separate makeup class is not automatically scheduled for a holiday closure, as additional classes are provided during longer five-week months.

 

I am going on a long term break?

For vacations lasting one month or longer, please inform us in advance so that we can review and adjust the billing accordingly.

Uniform & Equipment Policy​

All required uniforms, belts, protective gear, and training equipment worn or used during Karate Warriors Canada classes must be purchased directly through Karate Warriors Canada.

This policy helps us maintain consistency and uniformity across all students protective specifications, quality standards, design, and Karate Warriors Canada branding.

Items purchased independently from outside retailers or suppliers will not be permitted for use in classes, training, gradings, tournaments, or other Karate Warriors Canada activities.

This ensures that all students maintain a consistent and professional appearance and that all equipment used meets the standards required by Karate Warriors Canada.

 

 

Refund Policies​

This policy outlines our guidelines regarding refunds for our products or services.

​Monthly fee  is charged in full from date of joining as monthly subscription basis with auto debit to your card. All product sold ( uniform and sparing gears) are final sale. We will exchange only if there is size issue. ​
